Training System

The world of football becomes open

The internal standard training system of Lech Poznań Football Academy aims at introducing the same training standards in all LPFA centres.

The training approaches applied during Lech Poznań Football Academy training classes are the following:

- ENCOURAGE CHILDREN TO PRACTISE FOOTBALL;

- DEVELOP THE FOOTBALL SKILLS OF CHILDREN TO THE MAXIMUM;

- BRING ABOUT TANGIBLE EFFECTS FOR THE TECHNIQUE, DYNAMICS AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE GAME;

- SHOW CHILDREN THE WORLD OF FOOTBALL.

The training system of Lech Poznań Football Academy has been based on the training methods used in both Lech Poznań Academy and Football Academy.

TRAINING GOALS

The main task of LPFA is to provide Lech Poznań with players who from an early age (even 3.5-year-old) will be prepared for the recruitment process for the club's leading groups and trained in line with modern training methods appropriate for youth football.

LPFA is also a place for players who, after the selection process, have not been allocated to the club's leading groups, and who, in the further process of football education, may improve their skills and be chosen in one of the next recruitments. Such strategy gives a wide array of possibilities to select the youngest players dedicated to the club.

LPFA is also a centre of "supplementary tutoring and complementary nature" for players who have already found their place in the structures of leading groups, and who want to increase the number of regular trainings.
